Bottle blowing machine is for making bottles in juice production line.

-Adopt the new type double bend arm and the four rod-clamping structure: Cross direction; Middle mould board is move parallel.

  Juice Filling Machine

Juice filling machine is very important machine in juice filling line.
-Hot filling is an economical and reliable method for beverage.
-After UHT sterilization, the juice temperature are kept at 85℃ to 95℃.
-The filling is completed in a short time. It is equipped with an automatic circulation system and CIP cleaning system.

  Bottle Inverse Sterilizer

-It is mainly used in sterilizing PET bottle mouth and inside surface of caps, in which haven’t been disinfected or deal with high temperature after bottles are thermally filled with juice,tea or others.
-It mainly consist of conveying chain system,bottle reversing chain system,bottle reversing guiding rod and bottle repositioning rod.
-The machine can automatically reverse and reposition.
-The machine is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel,more convenient in operation.
-It is normal sterilizing machine in juice filling line.

  Bottle Cooling Machine

-It is applied to PET glass bottle tea or juice filling production line and PET bottle carbonated drink filling production line.
-For hot filling, It can put down the temperature of hot filling drink to 36-40℃, to make the sterilization and cooling the bottle temperature for later good packing.
-For low-temperature filling, it can get up the temperature of low-temperature filling carbonated drink to 36-40℃ to eliminating the condensed water on the external wall of PET bottles, to keeping bottles dry and clean.
