Filler and Seamer

The feed screw and star wheel push the cans one by one onto the can pallet. The centering cup of the filling valve falls onto the can; the distance between the filling valve and the can is sealed by an elastic plastic ring. The movement of the centering cup is produced by the movement of the plastic guide wheel along the curve. When full, the valve closes, the air is expelled and the centering cup rises from the tank. The filled cans will be sent to the conveyor chain and then to the capping machine. Under the control of the cam, the capping machine removes the lid, flips the edge of the can, and turns the edge to complete the sealing action. The cans are then transferred to the conveyor system.
Can rinser

Twist conveyor

The cans pass through the can twist conveyor, they will be twisted up and down, so that the codes can be printed onto the bottom of the cans.
