Product Description
Clean and safe drinking water is the foundation of every bottled water business. From small start-ups to large-scale bottling plants, the efficiency and reliability of the water treatment system determines the overall product quality, compliance with health standards, and customer satisfaction.
At PESTOPACK Machinery, we specialize in designing and manufacturing complete turnkey water bottling lines, covering everything from water purification, bottle blowing, filling, labeling, to final packaging. This article will guide you through the essential stages of a professional water treatment system, highlight the importance of each step, and explain how our solutions can help your business succeed.
Our water treatment equipment is designed for multiple applications across the beverage industry:
Pure Water – Low-mineral drinking water for everyday hydration.
Mineral Water – Naturally sourced water with balanced minerals.
Bottled Water – Packaged drinking water for retail distribution.
Process Water – High-quality water used in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical production.
Whether your business produces 3,000 bottles per hour (BPH) or scales up to 24,000 BPH, our systems can be tailored to fit your capacity requirements.
The first stage of water purification uses a multi-media filter. Layers of quartz sand, anthracite, and manganese sand trap suspended solids, rust, colloidal particles, and turbidity.
Why it matters:
Without this stage, larger impurities would damage downstream equipment and shorten the lifespan of membranes in the reverse osmosis system.
Technical Features:
Output: 4 tons/hour
Vertical type cylinder, Ø400 × 2000 mm
Shell: SS304, 3 mm thickness
Working pressure: ≤0.6 MPa
The activated carbon filter is a powerful adsorber of unwanted taste, odor, and chemicals. It removes chlorine, pesticides, heavy metals, detergents, and organic pollutants.
Why it matters:
Activated carbon improves taste and eliminates harmful compounds that could compromise product safety and flavor.
Technical Features:
Output: 4 tons/hour
Vertical type cylinder, Ø400 × 2000 mm
Shell: SS304, 3 mm thickness
Working pressure: ≤0.6 MPa
Hard water contains calcium and magnesium ions that cause scale buildup in pipes and machines. The sodium-ion exchanger replaces these ions with sodium, softening the water.
Why it matters:
Soft water prevents scaling, reduces maintenance costs, and ensures stable operation of bottling machines.
Technical Features:
Output: 4 tons/hour
Vertical type cylinder, Ø400 × 2000 mm
Shell: SS304, 3 mm thickness
Working pressure: ≤0.6 MPa
The precision filter removes microscopic particles, bacteria, and fine impurities. It can be fitted with different filter cartridges, offering a filtration range from 0.2 μm to 100 μm.
Why it matters:
This ensures high clarity of the water before entering the reverse osmosis system.
The reverse osmosis system is the core of modern water purification. With membrane pores as small as 0.001 μm, it removes salts, heavy metals, and harmful substances with 98% desalination efficiency.
Features:
Automatic pressure monitoring & alarm system
Self-protection during abnormal operation
Stable conductivity control for high-quality output
Technical Specifications:
Capacity: 2000 L/h
Power: 5.5 kW
Recovery rate: 50–60%
Desalination rate: 98%
Raw water conductivity: <200 μS/cm
Purified water conductivity: <10 μS/cm
Size: 2600 × 1000 × 2000 mm
Weight: 2500 kg
Why it matters:
This stage guarantees pure, safe, and great-tasting water that meets international drinking water standards.
Ozone is a strong oxidizer that sterilizes water, destroys bacteria and viruses, and eliminates contaminants that cannot be easily decomposed.
Why it matters:
Ozone sterilization ensures microbiological safety before bottling, preventing spoilage and extending shelf life.
A water treatment system is only one part of a successful bottling business. At PESTOPACK, we integrate purification with bottle blowing, rinsing, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging into a complete turnkey solution.
