Product Description
A water treatment plant is the backbone of every bottled water or beverage production line. It ensures that the raw water source is purified, sterilized, and safe for filling into PET or glass bottles. At PESTOPACK, we manufacture advanced automatic water treatment systems designed to remove impurities, reduce turbidity, eliminate bacteria, and produce clean drinking water that meets international standards.
Whether you are producing mineral water, purified water, juice, or carbonated beverages, a high-quality water treatment plant is essential for long-term success.
Model | Production Capacity (Ton/h) | Motor Power (kW) | Membrane | Entrance Diameter (mm) | Size (L×W×H mm) | Weight (kg) |
PT-10 | 15 | 16 | 8040 | Φ72 | 3000 × 1250 × 2000 | 840 |
PESTOPACK water treatment systems can be customized to meet different production requirements, ranging from 1T/H to over 100T/H, depending on customer needs.
Here is the step-by-step purification process:
Flow sequence: Raw Water → Silica Sand Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Sodium Ion Exchanger → Reverse Osmosis → UV Sterilizer → Ozone Sterilizer → Pure Water Storage Tank
Removes suspended solids and gluten particles, reducing turbidity of water.
Eliminates pigments, odors, chlorine, and biological organisms. Improves taste and smell.
Removes calcium and magnesium ions, softening the water to prevent scale build-up.
Removes 97%+ of dissolved salts and 99% of colloids, microorganisms, and particles, producing ultrapure water.
✅ Low energy consumption
✅ No secondary pollution
✅ Excellent water quality
Destroys bacteria and viruses that may survive RO.
Provides final sterilization and prevents secondary contamination.
Fully automatic PLC control system
High-quality RO membranes (8040 type)
Food-grade stainless steel tanks and piping
Low energy and operating cost
Compact design, space-saving
Easy maintenance with spare parts supply
Q1: Can this system handle hard water?
Yes, the softener removes calcium and magnesium effectively.
Q2: How long do RO membranes last?
Usually 2–3 years depending on water quality.
Q3: Can the system be expanded later?
Yes, modular design allows easy capacity upgrades.
Q4: How is treated water stored?
In stainless steel storage tanks with UV/ozone protection.
Q5: Do you test raw water before design?
Yes, we provide raw water testing and analysis.
