Working Process of Bottle Maker Machine
Preforms are loaded into the hopper and conveyed automatically to the unscrambler. The system ensures smooth, damage-free preform feeding with complete automatic control.
Preforms rotate through the infrared heating system, ensuring uniform heating. Each lamp’s temperature is independently controlled. Neck protection and airflow regulation guarantee accurate heating without deforming the preform neck.
The servo-driven stretching and blowing system ensures precise mold closing, stable sealing, and consistent bottle quality. Each cavity’s blowing data is adjustable via the touch screen.
Finished bottles are ejected automatically and defective ones are rejected. Bottles are then transferred by an air conveyor directly to the filling machine for the next stage.
