DESCRIPTION OF BEER CAN FILLING MACHINE

This beer can filling machine adopts the principle of equal liquid level filling, which is suitable for normal temperature filling and high temperature filling. It can be equipped with steam injection mechanism when filling at normal temperature. The empty can is limited by the variable pitch screw and enters the dial. After the dial dials the empty can into the center of the bottle holder, the empty can and the filling valve are centered, and the can holder is lifted by the can holder cam to make the empty can and the filling valve. The mouth is sealed, and the canister cam continues to rise to open the filling valve for filling. When the cam descends, the filling valve is closed and the can is removed from the filling valve. The can is now lowered to the working position above and below the can holder. The canned cans enter the hook chain link, and the cans are sent to the sealing machine through the transition plate under the action of the hook.

The cover in beer can filling machine is sent to the mouth of the can through the cover divider, the cover feeding dial and the pressure head, and the can holding mechanism is raised to make the can rise to the position of the cover. The first three are tightly pressed, and then the first sealing wheel is pre-sealed under the action of the sealing cam, and the second sealing wheel is sealed under the action of the sealing cam. After the actual sealing is completed, the sealed can is pushed out by the head of the capping mechanism and enters the can discharge dial, and the can discharge dial moves the can to the can discharge conveyor line to complete the whole process from filling to sealing.
