Product Description
The 5 gallon water bottling machine is specially for 3-5 gallons barreled drinking wate. It integrates bottle washing,filling and capping into one unit. In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing. The washing machine uses multi-washing liquid spray. This thimerosal can be used circularly. The capping machine can automatic. This gallon water bottling machine equips with water spraying device in order to ensure those caps sterile and clean. It also can automatic carry out barrel. Washing,sterilizing,filling capping,counting and products discharging.With complete fuction,modern design and high degree of automation. It is new kind of barreled water auto-producing line,which integrates mechanism,electricity and pneumatic technologies together.
Automatic cap remover machine is used to remove 5 gallon bottle cap ,easy operation and maintenance.

Automatic barrel outer brushing machine specially work with 5 Gallon barreled water producing line. It is used for reducing the settling caused by the mineral water itself and some algae substances in the process of mineral water producing. The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance.
Using three steps to make the barrel inside clean. hot alkali-----disinfectant liquid-----pure water
1) Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable.
2) Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down. Rinsing pump is separately controlled by different magnetic valves. Pump only work when there is barrel on that. It can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid.
1) Liquid level difference is controlled in 1cm.
2) Machine is equipped with Cap Sterilization system. The system make products cleaner and safer by using sterilization and finished water.
