The 5 gallon water bottling machine is specially designed for producing 3–5 gallon barreled drinking water. It integrates bottle washing, filling, and capping into a single compact unit, achieving a high level of automation and efficiency.

To ensure hygiene and sterilization, the washing machine uses multi-step liquid spraying with recyclable disinfectant. The capping machine operates automatically and is equipped with a cap sterilization system to ensure every cap is sterile and clean.

1. Decapping Machine

The automatic cap remover is used to remove the 5-gallon bottle cap.

2. Outside Washing System
