The automatic 20 liter jar water filling machine QGF-100 is specially designed for 3-5 gallons barreled drinking water with 100BPH capacity. The whole gallon water production line includes automatic de-capper, barrel outside washer, automatic cap feeder, automatic washing filling capping machine, shrink labeling machine. This filling system has stable performance, simple operation and simple maintenance. The whole process reduces the possibility of secondary pollution and meets hygiene standards. The 20 liter jar filling machine body is all made of 304 stainless steel materials, other parts are also made of excellent composite materials, the pneumatic system adopts imported components, the gallon filling equipment failure rate is low, and the stability is high.
