Product Description
The hot juice filling machine is mainly used for washing/filling/capping PET bottle juice, tea drinks and all kinds of energy drink for hot filling. Only need to change a few spare parts, that can suitable for filling pure water and mineral water. Application of hot juice filling machine: Fruit juice, NFC juice,energy drinks, ice tea drinks, coffee beverage, pulp juice, flavored milk, sports beverage drink, ginger drink, flavored water drinks. Apple juice ,Orange juice, cherry juice, mango juice ,tomato juice, pineapple juice, guava juice,passion fruit drinks ,papaya juice.
The whole complete hot juice filling machine line includes water treatment, beverage processing system, juice filling machine, labeling machine and packing machine.
1) The automatic hot juice filling machine is mainly used for hot filling machine and sealing of green tea, black tea, and fruit juice drink.
2) Adopt PLC as center controller, make use of pressure transmitter and electromagnetism pneumatic valve to measure liquid level,
and keep balance of filling pressure to insure stable liquid level.
3) Adopt new type filling valves which are especially designed for plastic bottles. The returned air and the liquid in filling
tank are insulated to insure cleanliness of the filled beverages.
4) The hot juice filling machine adopts advanced magnet clutches for capping with adjustable tensional moment to insure capping safely and reliably
5) The conveyor belt ,we have rinsing function also .
6) About the rinsing part ,it will be connected to waste water collecting tank .The waste water can be re-use ,save water .
