WORKING PROCESS

• This bucket filling crimping machine is an intelligent filling system specially designed for barrel.

• This paint filling machine adopts programmable controller (PLC) and touch screen for operation control, which is easy to use and adjust.

• This chemical filling machine adopts the working principle of weighing to realize the control of filling. The material flows into the container to be loaded by itself or is fed by the pump.

• Using two filling speed: fast filling and slow filling. At the beginning of filling, the double-section cylinder is switched to fast filling. Then the double-section cylinder is switched to slow filling. In addition, the stroke of the double-section cylinder is adjustable to control the filling accuracy.

• All valves and interface seals are made of polytetrafluoroethylene. The operating temperature is -190 to 250℃, pressure -0.1～6.4Mpa (full negative pressure to 64kgf/cm2).

• The bucket filling crimping machine is reasonable in structure, small in size, reliable in performance, accurate in quantification, convenient in operation, and easy to adjust the height of the filling head.

• Material contact parts of the bucket filling crimping machine are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel.

• The filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within the model range according to user needs, and the filling accuracy is high.

• Self-contained control diaphragm pump solenoid valve.

• The liquid hopper and filling nozzle have their own automatic cleaning function with one-key operation.
