1. AUTO FEEDING TABLE

1.1 DESCRIPTION

The whole package of containers is manually stacked in the machine buffer area, and no manual intervention is required after removing the packing tape and packaging film. When it is detected that the front conveyor belt of the filling machine is short of containers, the machine starts, and the servo drive system pushes the empty containers to the conveyor line in order to complete the barrel feeding work and stabilize high production.

2.1 FEATURES

•  This full automatic emulsion paint filling machine adopts an editable controller (PLC), touch screen, and weighing instrument for operation and control, which is convenient to use and adjust. The filling head has a weighing feedback system, the weighing platform has no barrels to prohibit filling, differential pressure zero-day collision barrel protection, automatic peeling, intelligent foolproof, fault detection, etc.

• The automatic paint filling equipment has convenient function switching, net weight/gross weight, automatic/manual function switching mode.

• With parameter memory function for products with different specifications, barrel parameters and filling volume can be selected on the touch screen, and the operation is simple and intuitive. At the same time, paint filling system displays the current time, running status, accumulated output and has the functions of alarming machine failure display, prompting treatment plan and so on.

• The automatic filling machine for paint is equipped with a droplet tray, which extends below the filling head after filling, to prevent material from dripping on the surface of the machine, and to ensure that the equipment is clean and tidy.

•  All valves and interface seals are made of teflon, and the operating temperature is 0～120℃, allowing rapid cooling and heating, or alternate operation of cold and heat.
