PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PESTOPACK Automatic Gravity Filler from Liquid Packaging Solutions provides a time based, volumetric fill for thin viscosity products. This liquid filler is manufactured to be a part of a complete, automated, inline packaging system and can be integrated into almost any existing packaging line.This bottle filler allows each head to be timed individually, getting an accurate amount of product, by volume, into each container.

Use SUS304 grade material for all machine frame, SUS304/316 grade for liquid contacting parts as required.
Velumetric filling can be easliy adjusted in touch screen. Parameters can be saved.
Machine is easy cleaning. Tubes, connectors and corners are quick coupling. Machine meets GMP requirement.
No bottle no filling. No liquid leaking when filling. Each filling nozzle can individually run.
Electronic cabinet is independent. Wiring system layout is reasonable and tidy. It's very safety and easy for maintenance.
Equip with a high accuracy electronic scale.
