This fully automatic wet wipes packing machine is suitable for producing all kinds of four-side sealing wet wipes, makeup remover wipes, personal nursing wipes, alcohol swab etc., only one machine can produce a variety of wet wipes in different packaging sizes.It is combined with international advanced packaging equipment, adopts integrated optical and electrical design, PLC centralized control,The equipment is advanced in technology, stable in performance, simple in operation, beautiful in the packaging, and the continuous pneumatic sealing is firm.

FEATURES

1. This wet wipes packing machine work steadily and continuously, its suitable for the production various kind of four-side sealing products of all types wet wipes/tissue, alcohol swabs/pad and so on.
2. Adopts Japanese pump, make it accurate to add liquid into different package with tolerance of ±0.01ml/time. Multiple kinds of liquid are available; it can add per liquid per bag or add all the liquid in the same bag.
3. Make print codes and easy tearing notches.
4. Packing film can be self-aligning by the technology of electronic optical sensor system(EOSS).
5. The wet wipes making machine is easy to operate, with servo motor and PLC touch panel, which can adjust the packing temperature, packing speed and tissue length accordingly. This machine adopts light electrical integration design, with the function of automatic error alarm system and safety instruction signals.
6. Operation noise ≤64.9db(A).
